Description

  • Design effective solutions using the HubSpot platform based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and project scope.
  • Create documentation such as requirements, functional specifications, architecture diagrams, and data models.
  • Lead complex technology configuration projects and mentor junior team members.
  • Conduct technology audits and recommend improvements to client solutions.
  • Define success metrics and reporting requirements for technology solutions.
  • Stay current on new technology features and communicate updates internally and to clients.
  • Support data migration projects and perform quality assurance testing.
  • Drive team certifications and provide technology training to internal staff.

Requirements

  • Experience with HubSpot or transferable expertise from other technology platforms or system architecture roles.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience in a digital/technical agency or consultancy in a client-facing consulting, solution-building, implementation, and training role.
  • Ability to read, understand, and compile technical documentation including API documentation, ERDs, and functional specifications.
  • Sound knowledge of big data.
  • Experience integrating systems, leveraging APIs, or working with custom-built solutions.
  • Excellent command of English with strong writing and communication skills.
  • Innovative, entrepreneurial, and driven personal qualities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Must have the legal right to work and current residency in South Africa.
