Description

  • Manage new business opportunities from inbound, outbound, vendor, referral, and self-sourced channels from initial contact through close.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand prospect requirements and shape the sales approach.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and commercial solutions for prospective customers.
  • Respond to RFPs and tenders and manage commercial and contractual negotiations.
  • Deliver software demonstrations of the HubSpot platform.
  • Track sales activity, maintain records in Huble systems, and submit accurate pipeline and forecast reports.
  • Work with marketing to support inbound lead generation within the territory.
  • Identify and pursue target accounts and run outbound cadences to decision makers and influencers.
  • Build relationships with HubSpot sales, channel, and customer success teams to support new customer wins and retention.
  • Use existing customers and personal network to generate referrals and new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven success in a B2B sales role in a digital consultancy, agency, or CRM software company.
  • Experience as a marketing, digital, or CRM consultancy team leader interested in focusing on solution design rather than delivery.
  • Technically minded and able to conduct discovery meetings without support from a sales engineer.
  • Experience leading the pre-sales process and accurately scoping technical deliverables for high-complexity projects.
  • Ability to conduct software demonstrations.
  • Experience negotiating with C-level executives in mid-market to large companies.
  • Confident telephone communication skills.
  • Ability to build commercial solutions and proposals using a consultative approach, not just a standard product list.
  • Ability to present work clearly and succinctly.
  • Ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders during sales engagements.
  • Must have the legal right to work and current residency in Belgium.
