Description

  • Own bookings growth across new and existing accounts in the Western United States.
  • Define and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed quota.
  • Prospect, qualify, manage, and close sales opportunities.
  • Develop and manage pipeline for a high volume of strategic transactions.
  • Identify and close growth opportunities across mid-enterprise accounts.
  • Present Rubrik solutions in complex data center design environments.
  • Co-sell with core field teams, partners, distributors, VARs, and Rubrik channel partners.
  • Provide market feedback and identify new business opportunities and channel partnerships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of field technology sales experience, with exposure to unstructured data.
  • Consistent track record of landing net-new logos.
  • Strong performance selling to many accounts across multiple verticals.
  • Experience working with channel partners.
  • Consistent overachievement against goals or quota.
  • Highly driven, goal-oriented, and execution-focused attitude.
  • Experience selling complex solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with core account executives, sales engineers, sales development, and channel development teams.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $124,400 to $198,700 USD.
  • Eligible to earn commissions under the company’s Incentive Compensation Plan.
