Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from first touch through to close, with a primary focus on new business acquisition.
  • Balance inbound lead conversion and outbound prospecting to generate pipeline and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline through outbound activity, networking, referrals, and inbound opportunities.
  • Lead consultative sales processes with multiple stakeholders and align solutions to business needs.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and commercial proposals to senior decision-makers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets with predictable performance.
  • Manage a multi-product sales motion across Skillko, DoneSafe, and HandsHQ.
  • Identify and develop land-and-expand opportunities within newly acquired accounts.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support deal progression and customer outcomes.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape to position solutions effectively.
  • Travel occasionally for industry events, conferences, and in-person meetings to support pipeline generation and relationship building.
  • Mentor junior team members by sharing best practices in prospecting, deal strategy, and closing.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in a new business role.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota over multiple years.
  • Experience managing full-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through close.
  • Strong track record of building and managing a self-generated pipeline alongside inbound opportunities.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders from Director to C-level.
  • Experience leading commercial negotiations, pricing, and contract discussions.
  • Experience applying structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.
  • Comfort operating in a role that requires both inbound lead conversion and outbound prospecting.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools such as Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
  • Experience selling into UK and/or Irish markets and understanding regional buying dynamics.
  • Experience selling multiple SaaS products or solutions.
  • Industry experience in EHS, compliance, construction, or workforce management.
