Description

  • Build and maintain pipeline, funnel, and revenue performance dashboards for weekly and monthly business reviews.
  • Deliver executive-level analysis on pipeline health, forecast risk, sales productivity, and revenue trends with clear recommendations.
  • Analyze stage conversion, deal velocity, win rate, pipeline coverage, and attainment by segment, region, and cohort.
  • Support forecasting and pipeline inspection through structured analytics, including risk scoring, commit discipline, and close plan quality.
  • Partner with Salesforce Administrators and RevOps to define reporting-ready data structures, fields, lifecycle stages, and governance rules.
  • Own CRM requirements for RevOps reporting and pipeline management, and coordinate implementation and testing of changes.
  • Administer pipeline governance by enforcing required fields, stage criteria, close-date hygiene, amount hygiene, and naming conventions.
  • Provide insights and support for QBR/MBR cadences, weekly pipeline reviews, territory/quota analysis, capacity modeling, and performance tracking.
  • Automate recurring reporting workflows and improve self-service access to trusted metrics across GTM teams.
  • Evaluate opportunities to apply AI-assisted analytics tools and emerging revenue intelligence capabilities to improve reporting efficiency and visibility.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations with ownership of pipeline management, funnel reporting, and forecasting cadence.
  • Experience supporting recurring GTM operating cadences such as weekly pipeline inspections, monthly forecast reviews, and QBR/MBR cycles.
  • Strong ability to translate business questions into metrics, analysis, and recommendations that influence leadership decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills in Excel or Google Sheets and SQL, or demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong CRM fluency, preferably in Salesforce, with understanding of core objects, data models, and how configuration affects pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ability to write clear requirements, define governance needs, and QA CRM or reporting changes; hands-on admin configuration is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of RevOps systems architecture, including data flow, integrations, and routing or assignment logic.
  • Demonstrated strength in cross-functional partnership and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification and/or experience building flows, approval processes, and validation rules is preferred.
  • Experience with SaaS metrics and lifecycle reporting such as ARR, ACV, GRR/NRR, churn, expansion, and cohort analysis is preferred.
  • Familiarity with RevOps and revenue intelligence tools such as Clari, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, or ZoomInfo is preferred.
  • Experience with lead routing, SLAs, attribution, and full-funnel measurement across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success is preferred.
  • Experience partnering with Marketing Ops and CS Ops on integrated lifecycle architecture is preferred.
  • Comfort operating in a high-growth environment with evolving processes and ambiguous problem spaces is preferred.
