Description

  • Qualify and close inbound sales enquiries for Houseful’s products and services.
  • Proactively outbound call new and existing clients to grow revenue share across property marketing, CRM, website and marketing reach products.
  • Sign additional products/services to new and existing clients and manage new project sales.
  • Work with territory account management and specialist product support teams to ensure customers and prospects are aware of and have access to the full product portfolio and partnerships.
  • Maintain territory client engagement coverage by scheduling and executing regular account engagement for allocated accounts.
  • Respond to incoming customer calls and queries, handle complaints or enquiries and own them through to completion.
  • Minimise cancellations and secure payment from outstanding debtors.
  • Maintain accurate, high-quality client records in Salesforce and continually update product, market and competitor knowledge.
  • Represent the company externally at events, conferences and presentations and participate in special projects as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales in a consultative sales role.
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage own time and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to work on own initiative and adapt quickly in a fast-moving, performance-led environment.
  • Exposure to digital transformation environments and ability to help customers understand and unlock digital value.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging internal and external stakeholders.
  • Minimum intermediate IT skills in Google Slides/Sheets or PowerPoint/Excel.
  • Desirable: knowledge of property, software or digital media sectors.
  • Desirable: proven track record working cross-channel with a varied product portfolio.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and a commitment to continually improve and share best practice.
  • Passion for delivering positive customer experiences in a sales environment.
