Description

  • Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners, including influencers, affiliates, sales partners, and B2B contacts.
  • Build, manage, and scale a pipeline of new partnership opportunities.
  • Negotiate internally and externally to secure high-impact partnership deals.
  • Nurture existing partner relationships to deepen partnerships, support growth, and increase sales.
  • Run and monitor partners’ marketing campaigns.
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize partnership and campaign performance.
  • Leverage data to make actionable decisions that support business growth.
  • Report on goals, forecasts, results, challenges, and new opportunity areas.
  • Handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital performance marketing.
  • Proven experience in partnership management, including influencer, affiliate marketing, sales, or B2B.
  • Strong sales and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with sales CRMs, web data, and analytics tools.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding team environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Experience with international tech or digital products is a plus.
