Description

  • Own retention, renewals, and expansion targets for existing regional revenue.
  • Manage customer agreements and grow revenue from existing accounts.
  • Support onboarding, training, and implementation of the Halter system on farms.
  • Build genuine, trusted relationships with farmers, their teams, and families.
  • Partner with customers to define business goals, timelines, priorities, and success metrics.
  • Provide prompt support and problem-solving for technical and operational challenges.
  • Represent the Halter brand locally and build community networks and discussion groups.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and share on-the-ground context with product teams.
  • Work closely with product teams to provide practical advice on reproduction, pasture, and agronomy.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and support colleagues to succeed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or account management roles.
  • Experience in dairy farming or the agriculture sector, with a strong passion for helping farmers succeed.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • A positive attitude and collaborative approach, with the ability to overcome challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Hunger for success and personal growth, and eagerness to grow with a world-class team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
  • Ideally based in the North Coast region of New South Wales, preferably Taree.
  • Ability to demonstrate the above requirements in a resume, cover letter, and interviews.
