Description

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across functions from intake through offer close with consistent standards for quality, speed, and candidate experience.
  • Build and execute customized sourcing strategies that include talent mapping, competitive intelligence, community-based sourcing, and warm pipeline development.
  • Advise hiring managers and senior leaders on role design, competency definition, interview architecture, and offer strategy.
  • Manage and continuously optimize the Greenhouse ATS to maintain data integrity, pipeline visibility, and reporting accuracy.
  • Own the recruiting tech ecosystem, including evaluating platforms and leading future system migration strategy.
  • Audit recruiting workflows end to end and eliminate, automate, or AI-enhance manual processes.
  • Use AI tools to draft job descriptions, prepare interview kits, synthesize candidate feedback, build offer comps, and generate pipeline analytics.
  • Deliver a white-glove experience for hiring teams through proactive communication, structured intake, regular updates, and clear feedback loops.
  • Present recruiting data, insights, and recommendations to senior leaders with clarity and confidence.
  • Coach hiring managers on interviewing practices, bias mitigation, and rigorous decision-making.
  • Build and maintain recruiting dashboards and use data to identify bottlenecks and improve recruiting performance.
  • Champion continuous improvement by bringing process innovations, lessons learned, and market intelligence back to the team.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of talent acquisition experience in fast-paced tech environments.
  • Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruiting across the organization.
  • Experience recruiting for GTM roles is required.
  • AI-native builder mindset with the ability to ship automations and design intelligent workflows.
  • Expertise in high-velocity, outbound-heavy recruiting operations, including sophisticated cold outreach and closing complex leadership roles.
  • Systems-thinking approach with accountability for the full candidate journey.
  • Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner to leadership.
  • Strong judgment and the ability to challenge assumptions constructively.
  • Deep interest in AI research and the broader technology ecosystem.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS and recruiting analytics tools such as Claude and Omni is preferred.
  • Ability to work fully remote from one of the listed U.S. states, with priority for Eastern and Southeast states.
  • Relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location will factor into final compensation.
