Description

  • Participate in strategic client and prospect meetings and discovery workshops to understand business objectives, tools, and constraints.
  • Challenge and refine client requirements and propose pragmatic solutions aligned to platform capabilities.
  • Explain complex technical concepts in simple language to senior business stakeholders.
  • Advise on social data architecture, governance, workflow design, and integration strategy during RFPs and RFIs.
  • Lead the design of end-to-end solutions using core platform capabilities and external system integrations.
  • Translate integration requirements such as APIs, webhooks, SSO, data sync, and custom workflows into user-centric solution designs.
  • Produce architecture artefacts including solution blueprints, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams, and configuration guides.
  • Evaluate feasibility, risks, and trade-offs across solution approaches while balancing speed, robustness, and scalability.
  • Translate client and operational needs into actionable briefs for Product and Engineering, including requirements, constraints, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to validate designs, prioritize requirements, and guide build-versus-configure-versus-integrate decisions.
  • Support implementation teams as the design authority and review technical configurations and integration setups.
  • Define reusable standards, patterns, templates, reference architectures, and integration playbooks for future projects.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Technical Consultant, or similar role in a SaaS or digital platform environment.
  • Strong experience with integration-heavy solutions involving APIs, webhooks, SSO/identity, and data pipelines.
  • Experience with CRM, contact centre or ticketing tools, marketing automation, CDP/DMP, data warehouses, or BI tools.
  • Background in social media, digital marketing, or customer care platforms is a strong plus, ideally with tools such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout, Khoros, Brandwatch, or Talkwalker.
  • Proven ability to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ideally within a Solutions, Professional Services, or Customer Success organization.
  • Solid understanding of modern web and SaaS architectures, including RESTful APIs, webhooks, OAuth/SSO, microservices, and event-driven workflows.
  • Ability to read API documentation, reason about data models, and define integration patterns such as batch versus real-time, push versus pull, error handling, and monitoring.
  • Comfort discussing technical topics with engineers, including data structures, rate limits, and performance considerations.
  • Familiarity with data concepts such as data mapping, normalization, basic SQL, or BI concepts.
  • Strong ability to translate technical possibilities and limitations into clear business impacts and trade-offs.
  • User- and value-oriented mindset with the ability to explain who a solution is for, what changes, and how success is measured.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements while maintaining architectural rigor.
  • Demonstrated customer focus and desire to proactively help internal and external customers meet their needs.
  • Strong open communication skills, both written and verbal, with active listening and clarification when needed.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with a dependable, results-oriented approach.
