Description

  • Co-build and co-sell with cloud service providers and regional systems integrators through discoveries, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Develop and deliver repeatable partner enablement programs, including slides, demos, solution briefs, and train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Package reusable solution playbooks for workloads such as real-time analytics, logs and observability, product analytics, IoT, and AI features.
  • Support CSP marketplace listings, co-sell mechanics, partner program requirements, and compliance artifacts.
  • Present at joint partner events and meetups across India and the APJ region.
  • Collect partner and customer feedback and share it with Product and Engineering.
  • Work in a fast-moving environment to shape how ClickHouse is adopted across a key growth market.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partner engineering or presales for data platforms, including analytics databases, OLAP, data warehousing, lakehouse, or streaming.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud service provider: AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Two cloud provider experiences are preferred.
  • Strong SQL and analytics fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with columnar systems, ingestion tooling such as Kafka, CDC, and ETL, and observability stacks.
  • Proven track record of partner enablement, including building joint solutions, leading POCs, creating technical content, and scaling knowledge across partner teams.
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills.
  • Comfort switching between architecture sessions, live product demos, and executive-level narratives.
  • Experience with BYOC or customer-managed deployments in regulated APJ environments is a bonus.
  • Contributions to open source communities or developer-facing content are a bonus.
  • An entrepreneurial approach with experience building programs from scratch in high-growth environments is a bonus.
