Description

  • Design, configure, test, and deploy scalable cloud and on-premise integration solutions.
  • Ensure integrations are maintainable, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
  • Lead requirements gathering and perform fit/gap analyses with clients.
  • Manage customer expectations throughout the implementation and delivery process.
  • Deliver product demos and customer training, both in person and remotely.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration issues through root-cause analysis.
  • Partner with project managers to align on timelines, scope, and risk mitigation.
  • Create technical documentation, knowledge-base articles, and training materials.
  • Contribute customer feedback and product enhancement input to the broader team.
  • Stay current on new technologies, platform releases, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of total professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Java-based applications.
  • 2+ years of experience in an architecture or technical consulting role focused on integrations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, XML, JMS, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
  • Expertise in AWS services such as RDS, SQS, and SNS, or experience with GCP.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as SnapLogic, MuleSoft, Talend, TIBCO, or Informatica.
  • Functional knowledge of JavaScript, Python, SQL, or Java.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns, asynchronous architecture, and SaaS environments.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional customer-facing communication skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent certifications.
  • Based in the Greater London area with occasional travel in Europe required.
