Description

  • Support Account Directors, Strategic Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers with RFP responses by writing content, gathering data, and coordinating cross-functional input.
  • Prepare QBR decks, sales presentations, and executive-level client-facing materials for customer meetings and presentations.
  • Handle ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from Sales and Customer Success and translate data into usable insights for internal and client conversations.
  • Own CRM hygiene across the go-to-market team by maintaining accurate contact records, opportunity data, and account information.
  • Identify slow, manual, or inconsistent processes and improve them by building templates, automating steps, or coordinating the right stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations on cross-functional initiatives to keep projects moving.
  • Serve as connective tissue across the go-to-market team to help colleagues stay organized, prepared, and effective.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Go-to-Market Operations role.
  • Comfort working across both Sales and Customer Success without a strong preference for one function.
  • Strong data and reporting skills, with the ability to pull, organize, and present information clearly.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, with HubSpot preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills for producing polished client-facing materials.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to notice and fix broken processes without being asked.
  • Ability to juggle multiple requests and make sound prioritization decisions.
  • Experience in a remote-first work environment (preferred, implied by role context).
