Description

  • Manage relationships with dealers, integrators, and resellers across the region to support company objectives.
  • Generate demand and sales growth through sales calls and engagement with strategic end users.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term regional sales strategies aligned to growth targets.
  • Increase regional sales volume and market share through effective sales techniques.
  • Lead strategic planning, manage leads, and provide sales reporting and forecasting.
  • Assist with system design and cost estimating to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, specifiers, and consultants to influence specifications and project outcomes.
  • Conduct end-user seminars and represent the company at regional and national trade shows.
  • Provide field sales support and training to help the dealer channel succeed.
  • Lead and support others, including providing technical guidance and resolving conflicts.
  • Manage customer expectations to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must be based on the West Coast, USA.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in a technology or SaaS industry.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or sales certifications are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with security concepts, technologies, and market trends.
  • Ability to explain technical products and services to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with consultative selling and solution selling techniques.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and build relationships at all levels, from sales teams to C-suite executives.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to tailor sales approaches.
  • Experience creating data-driven sales strategies and reports.
  • History of sales success, such as President’s Club recognition or similar.
  • Ability to learn and demonstrate enterprise software and complex hardware solutions.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and achieve assigned sales activity targets.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 70% within the region for partner and onsite meetings, events, and offices.
