Description

  • Lead a team of approximately 12 professionals across Partner Success, Recruitment, and Technical Sales.
  • Drive regional growth, performance, and partner success across the DACH market.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with Microsoft and strategic partners.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex partner situations requiring senior guidance and decision-making.
  • Work with senior leadership on regional strategy, growth initiatives, and priorities.
  • Support cloud transformation and long-term partner development.
  • Ensure partners continue to see value from Companial's service portfolio.
  • Build strong collaboration between local teams and international stakeholders.
  • Maintain close relationships with key partners and act as a trusted advisor in strategic discussions.

Requirements

  • Strong Business Central channel experience within the DACH market.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Solid knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and existing network.
  • Dynamics knowledge at approximately Level 200 fundamentals.
  • Located in Germany or close to the German border.
  • Native German language skills are required.
  • Understanding of how Microsoft partners operate and create customer value.
  • Understanding of the Dynamics and broader Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem.
  • Experience within channel, partner, or indirect sales organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and networking skills in German and English.

  • Monthly compensation package of €6,000 to €11,000, including fixed salary and variable pay.
  • Additional annual performance bonus of up to 3-4 monthly salaries.
