Description

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned to revenue, pipeline, market share, and brand goals.
  • Own go-to-market planning, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, channel strategy, and integrated campaign execution.
  • Build and maintain client and partner relationships to support acquisition, renewals, retention, upsell, and cross-sell outcomes.
  • Drive business development and account planning, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, email, content, events, and partnerships.
  • Track ROI, conversion performance, and funnel metrics to improve campaign and commercial outcomes.
  • Use data and customer insights to identify opportunities and guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, finance, and customer teams to improve customer experience and commercial performance.
  • Create or refine playbooks, processes, and KPI frameworks to support scalable growth.
  • Coach and mentor team members, including onboarding and performance development where applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Commerce, or a related field.
  • MBA and relevant certifications are an asset.
  • 5–12+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles.
  • Demonstrated success delivering measurable outcomes such as revenue growth, pipeline contribution, customer acquisition, conversion improvement, or retention.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads, depending on the role.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Commercial and analytical ability to interpret performance data, build business cases, and prioritize for impact.
  • Work eligibility in Canada as required by the employer.
  • Knowledge of Canadian privacy and data-handling requirements is role-dependent but may be required.
