Description

  • Architect and build multi-step AI agents for GTM workflows using LLM frameworks and GTM data sources.
  • Design agent workflows for prospect research, outbound personalization, lead scoring, pipeline enrichment, and content generation.
  • Connect AI agents to CRM, marketing automation, and data enrichment tools and APIs.
  • Evaluate, select, and integrate AI models and tools for specific agent tasks.
  • Own the technical layer of the GTM stack and ensure systems, tools, data, and agents run reliably.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows that reduce manual work for SDRs, AEs, and marketers.
  • Instrument agents with logging, monitoring, and alerting to track failures and output quality.
  • Define performance metrics for agent activity and build dashboards that show ROI and automation coverage.
  • Partner with RevOps to maintain clean data flows and prevent agents from amplifying data quality issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • At least 1 year of experience building LLM-based applications or AI agents.
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, CrewAI, or similar agentic frameworks.
  • Strong Python skills with experience working with REST APIs and data pipelines.
  • Experience integrating with GTM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or ZoomInfo.
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes and how SDRs, AEs, and marketers work.
  • Experience building observability and monitoring into automated systems.
  • Bonus: experience with Claude, OpenAI, or other LLM APIs in production environments.
  • Must be based in India and able to overlap at least 50% of work hours with US timezone.
