Description

  • Help execute integrated marketing programs to drive engagement and pipeline.
  • Support campaign theme development by building message maps, content outlines, and channel-ready briefs.
  • Collaborate with channel owners to produce campaign assets across content, organic, social, and paid channels.
  • Own campaign timelines, milestones, and deliverable tracking.
  • Manage and maintain the campaign calendar to keep projects coordinated and on schedule.
  • Execute webinar programs, including managing speakers, webinar setup, and live sessions through Sequel.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Comms & Creative, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, and Sales.
  • Track and report campaign performance during and after launches, translating data into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing campaign experience.
  • Hands-on experience managing programs across digital, email, social, and webinar channels.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft copy and presentations.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proven project management skills.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Asana.
  • B.A. or B.S. required.
  • Experience in the B2B or SaaS industry is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and account-based marketing platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, or ZoomInfo is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
  • Determined, positive, and proactive mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $63,000 to $85,000.
  • Bonus program or commission plan may be available.
