Description

  • Own day-to-day execution, upkeep, and communication coordination for Fetch Deals and related member marketing programs after partner handoff.
  • Manage regular refreshes of the Deals assortment, including ticket submission and site update coordination.
  • Coordinate updates to the Deals experience, including partner placement, links, imagery, offer copy, and related content.
  • Ensure new deals, featured deals, and limited-time offers are launched accurately and on time.
  • Own QA for the Deals experience, including broken links, outdated offers, missing imagery, incorrect copy, and other member experience issues.
  • Partner with Product and Tech on site updates, bug resolution, enhancements, and ticket submission.
  • Support partner integration needs for launch and ongoing maintenance.
  • Own the calendar and coordination layer for member marketing programs outside the core experience, including Deals, Fetch Pet Rx, and Online Vet.
  • Own execution of the Deals newsletter and support member communications across email, chat, in-app messaging, IVR, and future channels such as push notifications.
  • Ensure communications are sequenced appropriately across channels, balanced to avoid over-communication, and cohesive across the member journey.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing coordination, lifecycle marketing, member marketing, CRM, or a related execution-focused marketing role.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Experience managing calendars, launches, QA, reporting, and recurring marketing programs.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once.
  • Comfort working across Creative, Product, Tech, and Marketing teams.
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with email, in-app messaging, chat, CRM, or other owned-channel execution preferred.
  • Experience with partner marketing, promotions, or offer-based programs preferred.
  • This is a full-time contract role working 40+ hours per week.
  • Compensation is $25–$35 per hour, with an annualized pay range of $52,000–$72,000 USD.
