Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create engaging content for blogs, articles, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Oversee and optimize performance across search, social media, and email channels.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Improve website experience, conversions, and search engine rankings.
  • Plan and implement targeted lead generation campaigns in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Research prospects and build targeted contact lists.
  • Develop and execute lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Create and send personalized email campaigns and use LinkedIn outreach to generate leads.
  • Maintain organized marketing systems, accurate data, and detailed performance reports and dashboards.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on digital marketing and lead generation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Google Digital Marketing/Advertising Products, marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, CRM software, and data analysis tools such as G4.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices. (preferred)
  • Experience managing social media campaigns and building online communities. (preferred)
  • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives. (preferred)
  • Ability to meet minimum technical and work environment requirements, including a 15 Mbps primary internet connection, 10 Mbps backup internet, an eligible primary device, a functional backup device, webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet home office space, and smartphone.
