Description

  • Own the sponsorship activation strategy and integrated plan tied to brand impact, community engagement, and pipeline influence.
  • Manage the day-to-day partnership with Crystal Palace as the primary relationship owner.
  • Run operating cadences including planning meetings, weekly check-ins, and pre/post-event reviews.
  • Own the shared activation roadmap, timelines, approvals process, and escalation paths across both organizations.
  • Coordinate rights inventory planning and utilization, including talent access, creative usage, matchday assets, content moments, and community initiatives.
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans with Crystal Palace stakeholders for co-marketing, community programs, and partner/customer experiences.
  • Design and deliver experiential activations, including matchday moments, community programs, content-led experiences, and partner/customer moments.
  • Lead field marketing and hospitality planning and execution for hosted events, executive/customer hosting, and curated experiences.
  • Build and manage the seasonal activation calendar across pre-season, in-season tentpoles, key fixtures, transfer windows, playoffs, and cups.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to fully integrate activations across content, PR, paid, email, social, SDR follow-up, and partner channels.
  • Manage agency and vendor partners across experiential production, creative, events, merchandise, and venues.
  • Track performance and report outcomes with attribution and directional measurement where needed.
  • Steward the Temporal brand in high-visibility environments and ensure authentic representation to developers and the broader market.

Requirements

  • Experience in field and sponsorship marketing, with sports sponsorship preferred.
  • Evidence of translating sponsorships into tangible business and brand outcomes.
  • Experience delivering experiential and/or field marketing programs, including live events and high-touch hospitality.
  • Partner marketing experience, including joint campaigns and end-to-end co-marketing deliverables.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority and align stakeholders.
  • Strong vendor and agency management skills, including creative reviews, timelines, budgets, run-of-show, and contingency planning.
  • A pragmatic measurement mindset with comfort defining success, setting KPIs, and communicating performance results clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting plans, recaps, and recommendations.
  • A strong point of view on what makes experiences memorable and how they connect back to brand and pipeline.
  • Nice to have: experience in tech or SaaS, especially developer-facing products, platforms, or infrastructure.
  • Nice to have: experience working with Premier League clubs or comparable sponsorship properties.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with B2B buying committees and multi-stakeholder deal marketing.
  • Nice to have: experience partnering closely with Sales on field activations, including account-based events.

  • Estimated pay range of £90,000 to £110,000 depending on experience and location.
