Description

  • Develop and execute lead generation and referral development strategies to produce warm, qualified prospects.
  • Build and manage outreach campaigns for private-pay prospects and referral partners.
  • Source, research, organize, clean, segment, and maintain prospect and referral lists.
  • Conduct multi-channel outreach through calls, SMS, and email using approved messaging and compliance standards.
  • Qualify prospects based on service need, urgency, location, and suitability.
  • Nurture leads through structured follow-up until they are ready for pre-assessment scheduling.
  • Schedule pre-assessment appointments with the Supervisor for Intake & Client Conversion and confirm client details.
  • Conduct pre-assessment calls when needed to support the intake process during high-volume or urgent periods.
  • Update CRM records in real time, including stages, notes, tags, tasks, and communication logs.
  • Prepare weekly reports on lead volume, warm leads, campaign performance, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with intake, recruitment, and administrative teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and staffing alignment.
  • Monitor lead quality and outreach performance, and recommend corrective actions when needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, outreach campaigns, appointment setting, or referral development, preferably in healthcare or home care.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume lead pipelines and outbound/referral campaign strategies.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret metrics and optimize outreach performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High organizational discipline and strong follow-through.
  • Demonstrated judgment, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
  • Ability to work with strong compliance and data protection requirements.
  • Primary internet connection with at least 15 Mbps and backup internet of at least 10 Mbps that works during power outages.
  • Desktop or laptop with an Intel Core i5 8th gen or newer, Intel Core i3 10th gen or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent, plus at least 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device at least equivalent to an Intel Core i3, functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet home office, and smartphone for communication and verification.
