Description

  • Monitor inbound replies throughout the day and manage conversations in the Master Inbox.
  • Research each prospect using Claude and Perplexity before responding.
  • Run multi-turn email conversations that qualify, educate, and warm up SMB and mid-market marketing buyers.
  • Disqualify prospects efficiently when they are the wrong fit for budget, timing, or decision authority.
  • Move qualified prospects onto the VP of Sales' calendar with a full brief attached.
  • Log every interaction in Attio so the team has complete context.
  • Iterate on messaging and process to improve pipeline quality and conversion performance.
  • Use AI tools to research businesses, audit sites, assess traffic patterns and backlinks, and identify marketing leakage.
  • Craft personalized replies that provide real insight rather than template-based responses.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B outreach, sales development, recruiting, customer success, or another role involving writing to strangers and building pipeline.
  • Strong email writing ability with clear, persuasive, personality-driven communication.
  • Ability to quickly interpret short replies and understand what prospects are actually saying.
  • Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity, with a working knowledge of when to use each.
  • Ability to learn new domains quickly and find answers before the next reply.
  • Natural curiosity and a habit of researching companies before responding.
  • Comfort working fast and responding to hot leads without delay.
  • Pipeline-minded approach with the judgment to disqualify poor-fit prospects.
  • Competitive, coachable, and motivated to improve results over time.
  • Preferred: background in digital marketing, SEO, paid media, web development, or agency-side work.
  • Preferred: experience with Attio, Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, or Instantly.
  • Preferred: experience building Claude Projects or custom prompt workflows.
  • Must meet minimum work environment requirements: 15 Mbps primary internet, 10 Mbps backup internet, qualifying desktop/laptop specs, backup device, webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet home office, and smartphone.
