Description

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, clean duplicate data, and keep pipeline information organized across sales systems.
  • Update leads, contacts, opportunities, pipeline stages, and activity notes to support reporting visibility.
  • Schedule sales calls, demos, follow-ups, and client meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate calendars and meeting logistics using scheduling tools and ensure sales reps have reminders and supporting materials.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread proposals, quotes, presentations, and other sales documents.
  • Support RFP and RFI responses using templates and existing resources.
  • Generate weekly reports, monthly dashboards, and sales tracking updates.
  • Track pipeline activity, conversion metrics, and sales KPIs for leadership visibility.
  • Draft follow-up emails, meeting summaries, reminder messages, and next-step updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and sales leadership to keep workflows moving smoothly.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administrative coordination, operations support, or sales operations.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive.
  • Strong scheduling and calendar management skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience preparing proposals, presentations, or sales decks is preferred.
  • Exposure to SDR workflows, BDR workflows, or pipeline management is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, recruiting, agencies, or professional services is preferred.
  • Basic Excel and reporting skills, including pivot tables, dashboards, and sales reporting, are preferred.
