Description

  • Manage existing accounts to drive year-over-year sales volume growth in the pre-employment screening industry.
  • Collaborate with clients to align products and services with their current and future hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on professionalism and trust.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by working with regional resources.
  • Track opportunity progress and maintain detailed opportunity pipeline reports.
  • Deliver presentations to educate clients on products and services.
  • Conduct needs analyses to support closing sales opportunities.
  • Develop prospects to expand the revenue pipeline.
  • Support client satisfaction by turning relationships into brand advocates.
  • Contribute to sales and organizational goals as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management and/or B2B sales.
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager or in a relevant role.
  • Experience using a CRM, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar.
  • Strong confidentiality and work ethic.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn the fundamentals of property management and real estate businesses.
  • Must be amenable to working in the US time zone.
  • Primary internet connection with at least 15 Mbps speed.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps speed and the ability to support work during a power outage.
  • Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 8th gen or newer, Intel Core i3 10th gen or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent, plus at least 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds Intel Core i3 performance and can function during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
