Description

  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end Shopify shopping experience across home, collection pages, product detail pages, cart, and checkout.
  • Increase conversion rate and revenue per visitor by identifying friction points and implementing clear, testable improvements.
  • Build and manage a CRO roadmap covering hypotheses, prioritization, experiment design, execution, and learnings.
  • Improve mobile shopping performance across key templates, with a focus on speed, clarity, and purchase flow.
  • Own site merchandising, including collections, navigation, promotions, product sorting, and on-site storytelling.
  • Optimize product pages through improved structure, content placement, imagery and copy coordination, and clearer value communication.
  • Launch new products and collections and execute on-site promotions in alignment with the marketing calendar.
  • Track and report ecommerce metrics such as CVR, AOV, revenue, bounce rate, and RPV, and provide weekly updates to senior leadership.
  • Partner with marketing, creative, and external agencies to ensure traffic lands on pages built to convert.

Requirements

  • Proven experience owning and improving an ecommerce storefront on Shopify.
  • Strong background in conversion rate optimization and building execution roadmaps.
  • Hands-on experience running end-to-end A/B tests across landing pages, product detail pages, cart, and checkout.
  • Expertise in site merchandising, including collections, navigation, promotions, product sorting, and storytelling.
  • Experience launching new products and collections and executing on-site promotions.
  • Ability to optimize mobile ecommerce performance for speed, clarity, and purchase flow.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics or comparable web analytics platforms.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written.
  • Based in the Philippines and available to overlap U.S. Eastern Time business hours Monday through Friday.
  • Experience with DTC or consumer brands, especially beauty, personal care, or subscription-oriented products, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with heatmaps, session recordings, and testing tools such as Hotjar or VWO is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of paid media and retention channels to collaborate on traffic quality and landing experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with multiple partners and agencies while keeping execution tight and accountable is preferred.
