Description

  • Design and deploy AI agents and automation systems that improve business performance.
  • Build AI-powered recruiting solutions for sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and candidate engagement.
  • Create intelligent workflow automation across sales, client success, operations, finance, and compliance.
  • Develop internal productivity tools that improve decision-making and efficiency.
  • Identify manual processes that can be automated and transformed through AI.
  • Write clean, scalable, production-ready code.
  • Design secure APIs and integrations across the technology ecosystem.
  • Build end-to-end systems using LLMs, workflow orchestration platforms, databases, and third-party applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and models and prototype new approaches.
  • Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives with the highest business impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered products and automation workflows.
  • Strong experience with modern LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent models.
  • Advanced proficiency with Python.
  • Advanced proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Advanced proficiency with React.
  • Advanced proficiency with Node.js.
  • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
  • Strong SQL and relational database expertise.
  • Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure, with AWS preferred.
  • Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and systems thinking.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders.
  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR technology, or workforce solutions is preferred.
  • Experience building AI agents and multi-agent systems is preferred.
  • Experience with platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, n8n, Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Zoho, or Workable is preferred.
  • Experience integrating AI into operational and customer-facing workflows is preferred.
  • Previous startup or high-growth company experience is preferred.
