Description

  • Define and drive the company-wide AI roadmap with prioritization and executive alignment.
  • Partner with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to redesign workflows around AI.
  • Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems and agentic workflows.
  • Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions from scoping through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
  • Architect scalable LLM-powered systems, including RAG and unified context layers.
  • Design and implement data pipelines, integration layers, and shared infrastructure for enterprise AI capabilities.
  • Establish governance, risk, security, and responsible AI standards.
  • Mentor leaders and drive AI adoption through best practices and culture-building.
  • Translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions with measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field required; Master’s or PhD preferred.
  • 5+ years leading enterprise AI or digital transformation initiatives with ownership from strategy through execution.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and modern cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience designing and deploying production-grade AI systems, including agentic workflows.
  • Deep expertise in LLM-based systems, including RAG architectures, prompt engineering, tool integration, and foundation models such as GPT-4 or Claude.
  • Strong foundation in data engineering and architecture, including ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, Lakehouse environments such as Databricks, and data governance.
  • Experience building scalable AI platforms with shared services, connectors, agent frameworks, evaluation/observability tooling, and deployment infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of classical machine learning techniques and when to use them versus LLM-based approaches.
  • Excellent English communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Preferred: Experience embedding AI into core enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, knowledge systems, and collaboration platforms.
