Description

  • Own the post-sale technical relationship and serve as the customer’s primary technical advisor.
  • Lead onboarding engagements, including deployment, configuration, and production rollout of TruffleHog.
  • Drive product adoption by developing rollout strategies and helping customers integrate TruffleHog into security workflows.
  • Build internal champions within customer organizations and support long-term customer success.
  • Conduct health checks, architecture reviews, and regular customer check-ins to ensure value realization.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and position relevant add-on products based on customer needs.
  • Own the technical renewal narrative and build ROI stories using measurable outcomes and usage data.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues by reviewing configurations, logs, and customer environments.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs and share product feedback.
  • Contribute to customer-facing documentation, knowledge base content, best practices guides, and scalable self-serve resources.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in CS or equivalent.
  • Experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar.
  • 4+ years of working experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python.
  • Comfort working in command line interfaces.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex technical customer issues.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical depth for engineers and executives.
  • Experience working with or supporting Application Security teams (preferred).
  • Familiarity with secret scanning, SAST, DAST, or other AppSec tooling (preferred).
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts like TLS/SSL, proxies, and firewalls (preferred).
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot (preferred).
  • Experience driving renewals or partnering with a CSM team (preferred).
  • Understanding of SaaS commercial models and upsell motions (preferred).
  • Passion for cybersecurity (preferred).

Benefits

  • Target base salary of $112,000 to $133,000 for mid-level candidates and $149,000 to $176,000 for senior-level candidates.
  • On-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $141,000 to $220,000, including commission.
  • May be offered a bonus and stock options.
  • Fully remote within the U.S.
