Description

  • Own the full client relationship on assigned accounts from discovery through close.
  • Make architecture and build decisions based on the client’s environment and constraints.
  • Run discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and stakeholder interviews independently.
  • Translate ambiguous problems into scoped, deliverable work.
  • Identify and manage scope creep, surfacing risks early.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and bring them forward proactively.
  • Deliver documented, runnable, maintainable software or automations that remain useful after engagement close.
  • Contribute reusable IP back to the practice, including patterns, templates, and components.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of engineering or technical delivery experience, with meaningful time in embedded or client-facing contexts.
  • Proven solo account delivery experience, owning a client relationship from kickoff through close without supervision.
  • Hands-on depth in one or more of: LLM application development, cloud-native architecture (AWS preferred), backend systems at scale, or enterprise business automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent technical decisions and manage delivery quality inside client environments.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical teams and VP-level leadership.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and a track record of delivering value before all requirements are defined.
  • Experience building production AI systems such as RAG pipelines, agents, fine-tuned models, or LLM-native applications (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Claude, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent, including model parameters, prompt architecture, and tool use (preferred).
  • Background in a consulting firm, systems integrator, or professional services environment (preferred).
  • AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Background in management consulting, enterprise SaaS implementation, or deep business-function expertise (operational preferred).
  • Experience designing and running AI enablement programs for non-technical business audiences (operational preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Zapier, Power Automate, Airtable, or similar, plus familiarity with systems like Salesforce, Workday, or ServiceNow (operational preferred).
  • Track record working cross-functionally across functions such as Finance, Legal, and Operations (operational preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% depending on business needs.
  • No visa sponsorship available now or in the future.
