Description

  • Lead the end-to-end renewal strategy for a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic customers.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and align commercial discussions to customer priorities and outcomes.
  • Identify and progress expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Own pricing, commercial terms, and contract negotiations to secure successful renewal outcomes.
  • Develop commercial account plans that support renewal success, executive engagement, and future growth.
  • Proactively identify commercial risks, create mitigation plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to remove blockers.
  • Maintain accurate renewals forecasts and CRM hygiene, providing leadership with clear visibility into risks and opportunities.
  • Use customer insights, product usage, and commercial metrics to prioritize opportunities and improve portfolio performance.
  • Contribute to scalable processes, operational excellence, and best practices that improve the customer experience and support business growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, Customer Success, or a related commercial role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing Enterprise and Strategic customers.
  • Demonstrated success owning complex commercial renewals and consistently achieving retention and revenue goals.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and lead commercial conversations confidently.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating SaaS agreements, pricing, and contract terms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use customer insights, usage data, and business metrics to inform strategy and decisions.
  • Experience maintaining accurate forecasts and managing opportunities within Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex opportunities while maintaining operational excellence and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement and strong customer and business outcomes.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $104,800 - $128,000.
  • On Target Earnings range of $131,000 - $160,000 with an 80% base / 20% variable split.
