Description

  • Develop stable, repeat business within assigned industries and geographies by building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Work incoming warm leads and convert them into active opportunities and long-term customer relationships.
  • Acquire new customers in the Nordics and Benelux region.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline across specific industries and/or geographies.
  • Own the sales cycle from first contact and inquiry through order receipt and repeat-order flow.
  • Serve as the primary contact point for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales activity records in the CRM system.
  • Contribute process improvement ideas and innovation proposals to support company development.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, ideally with a track record in rapid prototyping, engineering, robotics, automation, or 3D printing.
  • Strong customer focus and genuine interest in sales and helping clients.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and either Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
  • Understanding of metalworking, 3D printing, or injection molding is a major advantage.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Interest in IT, digitalization, and using modern technologies and software.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to maintain a professional, ethical demeanor.
  • Ability to handle occasional international travel, including to Lyon, France and Germany.
