Description

  • Measure affiliate program performance against growth KPIs and metrics.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to develop and execute affiliate recruitment strategies.
  • Prospect and build targeted lists of potential affiliates.
  • Create personalized quarterly goals and growth strategies for existing affiliates.
  • Coordinate affiliate landing pages and pre-defined offers.
  • Align affiliate activities with the broader company marketing strategy.
  • Identify new affiliate opportunities to expand HighLevel’s market presence.
  • Support reactivation and scaling of existing affiliates.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to source and nurture partnerships.
  • Analyze results, justify outcomes, and refine approaches based on data and feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent SaaS experience required.
  • 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, agency sales, account management, or business development.
  • Working knowledge of social media management, social media advertising, website/funnel building, and SEO.
  • Comfort with public speaking and presentations to varied audiences.
  • Proficiency in professional writing or basic copywriting skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude to support users with HighLevel software.
  • Experience working with or ability to learn CRM systems.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms preferred.
  • Strong experience using data and analytics tools to measure impact and guide new initiatives.
