Description

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base in the security-for-AI market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions to secure favorable terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Track and report on sales performance, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health using CRM tools.
  • Represent HiddenLayer at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote the brand and market leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or AI technology.
  • Deep understanding of AI security concepts, including machine learning, threat detection, anomaly detection, and data protection.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
