Description

  • Collaborate with sales representatives to engage prospects and understand their security challenges, objectives, and infrastructure requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and value of AI security solutions.
  • Design customized security solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices.
  • Lead proof-of-concept projects to validate solution effectiveness and feasibility in client environments.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and deployment guidance.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops for clients and internal stakeholders on product use and adoption.
  • Work with product management, engineering, and research to share field feedback and support product enhancements and roadmap planning.
  • Track market trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape in AI security.
  • Communicate technical concepts and value propositions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or post-sales solution architecture role.
  • Proficiency with Linux, including familiarity with GNU and Bash.
  • Moderate to advanced cloud experience, including hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Python programming experience is required.
  • Experience building advanced AI workflows with tools such as LangChain and LangGraph, plus experience with MLOps tools and environments.
  • Experience with container orchestration such as Kubernetes is helpful.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration is helpful.
  • Strong ability to present technical concepts and value propositions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for technology and continuous learning.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to client sites and industry events.
