Description

  • Audit and evaluate chatbot conversations against Naturalness/Engagement, Utility, and Audio Quality criteria.
  • Follow project-specific guidelines to deliver consistent and accurate evaluations.
  • Use the client’s proprietary platform to complete assigned tasks.
  • Maintain an approximate workload of 4 hours per business day when possible.
  • Contribute to improving the quality of AI-driven communication through conversation review.

Requirements

  • Degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field, or experience as a professional linguist.
  • Native-level fluency in Spanish (Mexico).
  • Available to start on or around June 1st.
  • Fully available for the entire 2-month project duration.
  • Ability to commit to approximately 4 hours per business day, preferably.
  • Must be a freelancer; applications from companies are not accepted.
  • Willingness to take and pass a project-specific qualification test.
  • Ability to complete a short language knowledge test in English and the target language.
  • Comfort working remotely and independently on a temporary/contract basis.
