Description

  • Own the full marketing function and partner closely with the CEO and VP Sales on growth strategy.
  • Define and refine product positioning, differentiation, and customer messaging for corporate HQs and franchise operators.
  • Develop buyer personas, competitive intelligence, and win/loss analysis to inform go-to-market execution.
  • Create or direct whitepapers, case studies, ROI tools, and pilot materials that support the sales cycle.
  • Build and execute named-account account-based marketing programs across LinkedIn, email, and display.
  • Map buying committees and coordinate outreach with the VP Sales.
  • Own the full lifecycle of QSR industry events, including outreach, booth experience, lead capture, and post-event follow-up.
  • Execute executive dinners and briefings and secure speaking opportunities at franchisee conventions.
  • Scale PR efforts across QSR trade press and tech publications and build CEO thought leadership on LinkedIn.
  • Lead marketing operations, including HubSpot cleanup, segmentation, automation, pipeline definitions, data quality, and forecast accuracy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • At least 3 years in a senior leadership role, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Strong product marketing experience in positioning, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and win/loss analysis.
  • Hands-on ABM experience targeting a finite list of named accounts.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Ads and intent data tools.
  • Experience owning field marketing and event programs end-to-end, including ROI measurement.
  • Experience building or scaling PR and thought leadership programs in a vertical market.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and active use of AI tools for content creation, workflow automation, and scaling output.
  • QSR, restaurant tech, or adjacent vertical experience preferred.
  • Franchise or channel marketing experience is a strong plus.
