Description

  • Build and own the seasonal and tentpole campaign strategy across key marketing channels.
  • Manage venue-level campaign execution and coordinate deployment with the broader marketing team.
  • Act as a liaison across the organization to highlight new features, games, and major brand moments.
  • Lead local marketing strategy for each venue by creating playbooks, tools, and programs that drive awareness and traffic.
  • Partner with Operations and venue leaders to ensure local marketing efforts are practical, on-brand, data-driven, and tied to business goals.
  • Lead marketing and PR for new venue openings from pre-launch through post-open momentum.
  • Develop repeatable opening playbooks covering market entry, partnerships, media, influencers, community engagement, and launch programming.
  • Partner with culinary, beverage, and craft teams to support restaurant, menu, and beverage marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee menu rollout processes and branded restaurant touchpoints in partnership with the F&B team.
  • Lead PR strategy and communications for announcements, openings, partnerships, launches, and other key brand moments.
  • Develop messaging, media materials, and launch plans that support earned coverage and brand priorities.
  • Identify and manage brand partnerships that drive awareness, trial, and brand equity.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience in brand marketing, field marketing, local marketing, brand partnerships, PR, openings, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience building marketing programs for physical locations, ideally across multiple units or markets.
  • Strong experience managing launch campaigns, openings, events, activations, partnerships, or public relations initiatives.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple workstreams and align cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills for working with venue teams, executives, agencies, media, and external collaborators.
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to identify ideas that will generate attention and local relevance.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort measuring performance and using data to refine future programming.
  • Prior experience in multi-unit hospitality, entertainment, restaurant, retail, or consumer experiential brands is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with PR agencies, local media, and opening campaigns is desirable.
  • Experience developing partnership proposals and managing partner relationships is desirable.
  • Familiarity with multi-location operations and scalable field marketing systems is desirable.
  • Experience supporting F&B, beverage, or hospitality-related marketing initiatives is desirable.
