Description

  • Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams to keep timelines, dependencies, and deliverables on track.
  • Support Project Managers and PMO by maintaining structured processes, templates, and reporting standards.
  • Prepare and update Excel and PowerPoint dashboards to ensure accurate and transparent project reporting.
  • Monitor risks and issues, flag potential delays, and support mitigation planning.
  • Manage communication flows between global, regional, and local teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs for product launches, new market entries, and retail infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure documentation quality, version control, and proper archiving of project materials.
  • Support commercial marketing execution by coordinating campaign assets, timelines, and in-store activation materials.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Brand Retail, Brand Content, CX, B2B deployment, GBS deployment, and Commercial Planners to maintain alignment and delivery.
  • Support GTR business priorities by contributing to initiatives that drive commercial performance and retail excellence.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project management support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, Excel reporting, and PowerPoint dashboards.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and identify risks early.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a high level of accountability.
  • Experience working with commercial marketing, retail, content, or commercial planning teams is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international environments.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Availability to work within a flexible time window of 6:00–17:00 to support Asia-based projects when needed.
