Description

  • Lead and manage integrated projects for beauty and eCommerce clients from concept through delivery.
  • Oversee high-volume adaptation and localised content across multiple channels and European markets.
  • Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and finalize projects on deadline and within budget.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Serve as the main client contact for project updates, changes, and relationship management.
  • Use project management and creative software tools to improve workflow efficiency and communication.
  • Analyze project performance and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in an ad agency, focused on beauty and eCommerce.
  • Previous experience in Beauty and/or Fashion is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and cross-channel strategies.
  • Proficiency with project management and creative software tools, including Adobe WF.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Keen attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
