Description

  • Lead projects from planning through execution and final delivery.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and workflows.
  • Partner with account, creative, editorial, production, and other stakeholders to align on objectives, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate internal meetings and keep teams aligned around shared goals.
  • Manage project status communications and maintain workflow processes.
  • Monitor project progress and keep work moving forward.
  • Identify risks, evaluate options, and help resolve challenges.
  • Balance timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Support client programs and projects within healthcare and pharmaceutical initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software or workflow management tools.
  • Strong meeting facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify risks, manage priorities, and drive projects to completion.
  • Advertising agency experience (preferred).
  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical or healthcare clients (preferred).
  • Familiarity with digital, print, and broadcast production processes (preferred).
  • Experience working within cross-functional client service environments (preferred).
