Description

  • Triage incoming requests from Support, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Conduct technical investigations before escalation by reviewing server logs and reproducing scenarios.
  • Break down work into tasks and prepare clear written specifications for engineers.
  • Own tasks end-to-end and drive them through to release.
  • Monitor task status and maintain communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with a distributed development team, QA, and first-line administrators.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of project management or delivery experience in fintech or banking.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills, including log analysis and issue reproduction.
  • Ability to investigate issues independently before escalating them.
  • Ability to write clear and structured task specifications.
  • Russian proficiency is mandatory.
  • Experience with payment rails such as SWIFT, card processing, or core banking systems (nice to have).
  • English proficiency (nice to have).
  • Experience working in regulatory environments across Central Asia, the CIS, or the EU (nice to have).
  • Experience in crypto (nice to have).
  • Technical background, ideally in QA or system analysis.
