Description

  • Lead the mid-year compensation review for all employees, from modelling and data validation through HRIS upload and employee communications.
  • Own equity awards and pensions re-enrolment in partnership with Payroll.
  • Manage international benefits across Canada and the Netherlands.
  • Maintain and evolve the HeliosX Reward Framework, including philosophy, principles, job sizing, market positioning, and benchmarking.
  • Lead salary survey submissions with Mercer and AON.
  • Drive executive compensation design for VP-level and above roles in partnership with AON Radford.
  • Lead the Future of Equity project.
  • Produce reward MI and dashboards to support decision-making and reporting.
  • Contribute to statutory reporting, including Gender Pay Gap and Equal Pay reporting.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience running a standalone Reward function.
  • Experience owning reward work independently on an interim basis.
  • Solid US compensation and benefits experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Mercer IPE job evaluation methodology.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including modelling, pivot tables, and lookups.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and imperfect data.
  • Ability to communicate complex reward topics clearly to non-specialist audiences.
  • Experience partnering with external compensation consultants such as Mercer, AON, or AON Radford is preferred.
