Description

  • Partner with managers and employees on engagement, development, performance, and employee relations matters.
  • Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and people practices.
  • Support organizational change, employee communications, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities from onboarding through offboarding.
  • Support payroll, benefits, leave administration, employee records, HR systems, and compliance activities.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the People function.
  • Support recruitment, candidate experience, onboarding, hiring, and employer branding efforts.
  • Assist with employee engagement, learning and development, culture-building, recognition, and employee events.
  • Support HRIS administration, reporting, data integrity, and compliance initiatives.
  • Use data and insights to support People-related decision-making.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience across Human Resources, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Business Partnership, or related People & Culture functions.
  • Experience supporting multi-state U.S. workforces in a fast-paced, growing, or geographically distributed environment.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities while balancing employee support and business needs.
  • Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience partnering with managers and stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with HR technology platforms such as Oracle HCM, Workable, ADP, UKG, or similar systems.
  • Experience within SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments is preferred.
  • Experience supporting distributed or global teams is preferred.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Experience building, improving, or scaling People programs, processes, and operational workflows is preferred.
