Description

  • Coordinate and support new client implementations from handoff through go-live.
  • Schedule and facilitate implementation meetings, kickoff calls, and routine touchpoints.
  • Guide clients through implementation steps and clarify next actions, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for implementation questions and follow-ups.
  • Maintain implementation plans, trackers, and documentation in tools such as Smartsheet and CRM systems.
  • Monitor milestones, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues to senior team members.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Managers, and internal teams to align on client requirements and sold services.
  • Coordinate participation from subject matter experts during implementation calls as needed.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time and properly documented.
  • Support process improvement by providing feedback on tools, templates, workflows, and client experience.

Requirements

  • AA in a related field preferred.
  • 1-3+ years of relevant implementation or project coordination experience.
  • 3 years of project management experience with a track record of leading successful projects.
  • Experience with workplace tools such as Smartsheet, RFPio, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and MS Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to work across an organization with multiple business groups.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in a diverse workplace.
  • Results-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Highly organized.
  • Passion for delighting customers and exceeding expectations.
  • Willingness to work on a fun, collaborative, fast-paced team.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $110,000-$124,000 in the greater Seattle area.
  • Performance-based incentive bonus(es).
