Description

  • Develop and execute tailored implementation plans aligned to district goals.
  • Manage a portfolio of district partnerships and serve as the primary point of accountability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with district stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Schedule, lead, and document account meetings, including updates in CRM systems.
  • Deliver regular executive summaries on progress, outcomes, and next steps.
  • Coordinate onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development with PSC Trainers.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and account health using survey feedback, usage data, and engagement trends.
  • Identify at-risk accounts early and communicate risks, solutions, and action plans.
  • Partner with Sales on renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and internal teams to improve customer outcomes and processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer success or account management experience, preferably in EdTech/SaaS.
  • Experience managing a portfolio focused on retention and outcomes.
  • Ability to develop strategic account plans and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services.
  • High level of organization and familiarity with CRM/CS platforms.
  • Highly collaborative, self-starter approach.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 75%+ to support district partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of K–12 education systems, district dynamics, and program adoption (preferred).
