Description

  • Craft standardized to customized consulting engagement proposals for CorityOne EHS+ platform implementations.
  • Discover and scope customer needs, training requirements, and implementation objectives.
  • Develop cost estimates, implementation strategies, and services proposals.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align prospects and customers on solution plans and project priorities.
  • Build business cases with benefit statements and return on investment calculations.
  • Collaborate with sales, solution engineering, product, and professional services teams to improve win rates and sales-to-services handoff.
  • Support multiple sales engagements simultaneously across different stages of the process.
  • Guide customers through complex sales evaluations and change management discussions.
  • Maintain knowledge of product roadmaps and market/regulatory changes affecting customers and opportunities.
  • Analyze project outcomes to improve future estimation and packaging processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing EHS consulting or software delivery role.
  • Strong knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety Management Systems.
  • Strong understanding of occupational health workflows, including pre-employment, surveillance, injury management, fitness for duty, immunizations, billing, drug and alcohol, and return-to-work programs.
  • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability, laboratory and immunization reporting, and EMR/EHR workflows.
  • Experience supporting healthcare provider networks, clinics, hospitals, or third-party occupational medicine providers.
  • Experience supporting highly regulated industries such as manufacturing, utilities, energy, mining, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or federal/state government.
  • Applied science bachelor’s degree, business degree, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), RN, COHN/COHN-S, or clinical background is an asset.
  • Industry pre-sales experience is an asset.
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and Teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong time management, sales opportunity management, CRM, and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with polished executive presence.
  • Multilingual ability is an asset.
