Description

  • Lead design, deployment, and automation efforts for public cloud networking platforms.
  • Serve as a technical point of escalation and drive incidents and problems through resolution.
  • Keep client stakeholders and project managers informed with detailed project status updates.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in cross-functional client workshops and engagements.
  • Develop client assessment and design deliverables, including written documentation and low-level diagrams.
  • Continue developing technical capabilities through certifications, training, and conferences.
  • Support and mentor less experienced team members through training and on-the-job coaching.
  • Represent AHEAD professionally to clients, partners, and peers.
  • Track and report travel, expense, and weekly time activities according to company policy.

Requirements

  • Experience using Terraform to provision and manage resources in public cloud platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of network security, data center networking, and software-defined networking.
  • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of consulting experience or equivalent experience.
  • Experience as a technical lead on small to medium-sized networking projects.
  • Strong customer focus and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong professional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and self-starting with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work well in a team and partner environment, including mentoring others.
  • Relevant expert-level industry certification such as CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure or AWS Network Specialty.
