Description

  • Develop and implement DevOps strategies to improve system reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Build and enhance backend services, microservices, and APIs that support the company’s products and services.
  • Manage the full application lifecycle from development through deployment and production operation.
  • Design, optimize, and automate CI/CD pipelines.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using software engineering best practices and design patterns.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain code quality and technical excellence.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS and/or Azure to ensure high availability and scalability.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to detect and resolve application and performance issues.
  • Integrate security best practices into deployment pipelines and infrastructure to support secure and compliant releases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, deployment, and environment issues across development, QA, staging, and production.
  • Oversee infrastructure cost management and optimization.
  • Set up and manage third-party file transfer protocols, access, and related infrastructure as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
  • Strong expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Experience with services and tools such as EC2, Lambda, S3, Docker, ECS, and similar cloud technologies.
  • Extensive software development experience using modern programming languages such as Java and Python.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Terragrunt.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab.
  • Strong knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and observability tools.
  • Experience designing and deploying microservices and containerized applications using Docker.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage engineering teams, drive technical excellence, and promote innovation.
  • Experience working effectively in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with frontend technologies such as React is a plus.
  • Experience with AI/ML and ETL tools and processes is a plus.
  • Healthcare domain knowledge is a plus.
