Description

  • Own the health, maintenance, enhancement, and support of Reddit’s Workday integration portfolio.
  • Develop and support Workday Studio integrations, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect integrations, APIs, and web services.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Workday and adjacent People systems.
  • Design and implement scalable automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
  • Own integration delivery across the full lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, deployment, documentation, monitoring, production support, and maintenance.
  • Establish monitoring, alerting, reconciliation, and incident-response practices for integrations.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures, investigate root causes, and implement durable fixes.
  • Support advanced Workday configuration, reporting, and data extracts for operational, compliance, and analytics needs.
  • Partner with Product Managers, P&C Operations, Analytics, Security, IT, and People leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Support data movement, transformation, validation, and quality assurance across People systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing, building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Workday integrations.
  • Deep experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, APIs, and web services.
  • Strong experience with Workday calculated fields, advanced reporting, integration configuration, business processes, condition rules, and security concepts.
  • Experience developing complex Workday reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
  • Experience integrating Workday with recruiting, identity management, contingent workforce, learning, performance, engagement, or related People systems.
  • Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, authentication methods, integration security, data mapping and transformation, testing, and monitoring.
  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills across integrations, configuration, reporting, and security issues.
  • Ability to independently lead technical delivery from concept through implementation and support.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred: Workday Integration Certification or Workday Pro certification in HCM or related areas.
  • Preferred: Experience with Workday Extend, Prism, BIRT reporting, or workflow automation/iPaaS tools such as Workato or Tines.
  • Preferred: Experience with SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, cloud data warehouses, orchestration, production data pipelines, or analytics platforms such as OneModel.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting SOX controls, access reviews, or audit processes.
  • Preferred: Experience at a public or high-growth technology company.
